All items shipped within the US are sent out USPS with delivery confirmation within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, RGE will advise as to the estimated stock date. In this instance the customer is entitled to the option of a full refund or waiting for stock. RGE ships worldwide. All costs are calculated according to the destination country..

I want to make a product suggestion
We LOVE feedback of all kinds but especially when it is a product suggestion or improvement idea. Please submit these via email and we will take it under advisement. If we end up using your idea we will acknowledge it in the product write up and send you the first one as a thank you.
Do you have club pricing?
Yes. We have several pricing programs to benefit independent trainers, club trainers, and clubs. Each program is based on volume. Contact us for details.
Do you sponsor goalkeepers?
Yes. Our sponsorship package is slightly different than most so please contact us for details. With respect to NCAA and most other Amateur rules we do not sponsor anyone playing youth or college soccer. We will review sponsorships for semi-pro and professional players and coaches/instructors.
The coloring seems a little different from the pictures?
Rogue Goalkeeping Products have made every effort to ensure that a true representation of products are illustrated. RGE accepts no liability of discrepancies of color in comparison to the actual product.
What happens if my product doesn't fit me?
At RGE, we offer a quick and efficient exchange service. We do not refund for a product which has been ordered in the wrong size. We will exchange the product for the right size. Please contact us for instructions.
Is there anything I need to know before I play in my new Rogues?
We recommend that the gloves are damp before being used. We provide a little more foam than most gloves and it needs to be kept moist so it is pliable. Allow them room to air dry afterwards.
Why is the palm latex starting to wear?
Due to the nature of the material, latex may start to deteriorate even after the first couple of uses. This in no way affects the performance of the gloves, which will continue to offer excellent grip right up until they are completely worn through. RGE cannot accept any liability for fair wear and tear of the product.
Wear is natural?
Yes. Latex is foam. Dry foam is not as flexible as damp foam. Contaminants (dirt) don't help the life of the foam. The sun and heat are bad for latex. (leaving your gloves laying on the back seat of the car or in the trunk) You can tell a lot about a goalkeeper by looking at their gloves after a few games. Wear spots show what parts of the hands are contacting the ball. This shows how much of the hand the keeper is using to contact how much of the ball.
What is the life expectancy of a pair of Rogue Gloves?
Depends on how well you take care of them. Take them out of the bag and play an indoor tournament in them and their life will be short. Take them out of the bag, dampen them and play and you will get more life out of them. Put them in a dark but open area to air dry between uses and dampen them before use and the life becomes about how your hand contacts the ball than the latex it's self.
I'm not satisfied, how do I complain?

What is the policy for returning goods?
Items purchased from RGE may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Postage for returns as a result of an unwanted item will be paid for by the customer. Items returned due to a fault of the manufacturer (RGE) will have the replacement item mailed free of charge to the customer and return postage reimbursed upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect. All products returned due to a defect will first be passed through our quality control department prior to any action being taken.
